Case Report
I give a 44years female daily 20mg prednisolone for 1week. Her symptoms had been improved in terms of general fatigue, sense of unease, depression and negative thinking.
From 2week, I give her 15mg prednisolone and her mind status is stable. From 3 week, I give her 10mg prednisolone, and continue to keep 10mg prednisolone. Her mental and body condition is tremendously improved. Recently, the cause of CSF is published because of inflammation in brain. That is why I give her prednisolone. I think this report is very useful for the patients who suffer from CFS and depression.
